Terms of Service
Please read the following terms of service (the "Terms") carefully prior to scheduling ABP Photography for photo shoots. These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and ABP Photography. By proceeding to use the Services and/or establish an account, you agree to be bound to the terms of service stated below.
These Terms govern the relationship between you (the "Customer" or "you") and ABP Photography. ABP Photography provides photography services and photography products (the "Services") for its Customers. You must be at least 18 years old to provide consent for a photography session for yourself or those under the age of 18. By providing a consent for photography, you agree to be bound by the Terms and to use the Services in compliance with the Terms and any other policies posted on the website. These terms may be modified at any time; it is the responsibility of the Customer to seek out the updated terms on this website. Updated terms are valid from the time they are published on ABP Photography’s website.
Payment
Accurate billing information, required to successfully process payment, including your legal name, email address, billing address, and credit card/billing information must be provided to ABP Photography. You are responsible for any charges associated with the Services. All charges are considered valid unless disputed in writing within 15 days of the date of the Services. Adjustments will not be made for charges that are more than 15 days old unless ABP Photography, in its sole and reasonable discretion, decides to make an exception for extenuating circumstances.
Acceptable Use Policy
Prior to purchase, ABP Photography owns and watermarks the photographic images taken on behalf of its customers. Printing, digital and physical copying, taking screen shots, sharing on social media or attempting to remove ABP Photography’s watermark prior to purchase are violations of the Terms and payment for the images will be due immediately. Upon purchase, full printing, copying, and sharing rights to the images will be granted.
Permission for Photography
Customer grants ABP Photography ("Photographer") and their legal representatives, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs taken during photography sessions of me or my minor children, or in which me or my minor children may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. You agree to release ABP Photography, and his/her legal representatives from all claims and liability relating to said photographs. Copyright for all photographs will remain with ABP Photography and images may not be digitally altered
